Privacy Policy (International)

This policy explains how Moodily (moodily.in), based in India, handles personal information on moodily.in/international and when you work with us. Questions: onlinedesk120@gmail.com.

1. What we receive

• Your enquiry: the enquiry form on this site does not send or store anything itself. It prepares an email (or a WhatsApp message) in your own app, and we receive only what you choose to send.
• Email and WhatsApp: the messages and files you send us.
• Project information: what you share while we work together, and the details needed for proposals and invoices.
• Website analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics record pages visited, clicks, device and browser type and approximate location, using cookies. We designed our tracking so that names, email addresses, messages, order or payment references and other details you type are not sent to analytics.
• On your device: your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never reaches us.

2. Why

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, and deliver the work.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• For legal, tax and accounting records.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Services that process information

We use Google (Analytics and email), Meta (WhatsApp), GitHub Pages (website hosting) and, when you pay an invoice, the payment provider named on that invoice. These services process data under their own privacy policies, and data may be processed outside your country, including in India and the United States.

4. Sensitive information

Please do not send patient or sensitive health information, identity documents, passwords, or card and bank details through any form, email or chat. If a project ever requires access to sensitive information, it will happen only under a separate written agreement.

5. How long we keep it

Information from enquiries that don't become projects is deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as required by our agreements and by law.

6. Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing onlinedesk120@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll respond to requests made under them.

7. Cookies

You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
