Terms of Service (International)

These terms apply when you use moodily.in/international or buy services from Moodily (moodily.in), based in India. By requesting or paying for a service, you agree to them. The details of the contracting party are stated in each written proposal and invoice.
1. Services and scope
Each service page describes a standard scope. The final scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, revisions and price for your project are agreed in a written scope or proposal. Work not listed there is out of scope and is quoted separately. If your written proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies to that project.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. "From" prices are starting points; the final price depends on the scope you approve in writing. Payment terms — for example a deposit and a balance due before final handover — are stated in your proposal or invoice. Timelines start once the agreed payment and the information, assets and access we need have been received. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, domains, hosting and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are set by them.
3. Revisions
Each service includes a fixed number of revision rounds, stated on the service and in your scope. One round is a single, consolidated set of changes sent together. Revisions are never unlimited; new requirements or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and give feedback and approvals within the agreed review times.
- Own, or have permission to use, the material you give us.
- Comply with the laws, licences and professional advertising rules that apply to your business, including rules for health professions.
- Grant access to the accounts in scope through delegated or manager access.
5. Accounts and access
Your profiles, advertising accounts, analytics, domains and other accounts stay in your name. We ask only for the minimum access needed, never for your passwords, and you can remove our access at any time.
6. No guaranteed results
Google, Meta and other platforms set their own rules, review processes and algorithms. Moodily does not guarantee rankings, reach, verification times, leads, bookings, sales, revenue or return on advertising spend. Platforms may verify, restrict, suspend or change a listing or account; this is outside our control.
7. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, the final deliverables are yours unless your proposal says otherwise. Moodily keeps its own templates, tools and methods. We show your work in our portfolio only with your written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. If you need an NDA, tell us before you share anything confidential.
9. Health and sensitive information
Please do not send patient or sensitive health information, passwords, or card and bank details through any form, email or chat. Our healthcare work covers public-facing information only.
10. Use of AI
We use AI tools to help draft, research and produce work. A person reviews every deliverable before it is shared with you, and factual content is checked against its source.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moodily's total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Moodily is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or profit.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
