Process

How a project works

Ten clear steps, the same every time. Nothing starts without a written scope you've approved.

Steps

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Send a short request with your goal, timeline and budget range.

  2. 2

    We review the journey

We look at your current website, profiles and contact path before suggesting anything.

  3. 3

    Receive a written scope

Deliverables, exclusions, revisions, timeline, price and what you provide.

  4. 4

    Approve the project

Nothing starts until you approve the scope in writing.

  5. 5

    Pay the deposit

Work begins once the deposit is confirmed.

  6. 6

    Build

AI-assisted drafts, reviewed by a person before you see them.

  7. 7

    Review

You review at agreed points, within the included revision rounds.

  8. 8

    Final payment

The balance is due before final handover.

  9. 9

    Handover

Files, access in your name and a short guide to keep things running.

  10. 10

    Optional ongoing support

Digital Care, if you'd like steady improvements afterwards.

The rules we work by

Your accounts stay yours

Profiles, ad accounts, analytics and domains stay in your name. We work through manager or delegated access and never ask for your passwords. You can remove our access at any time.

Revisions are defined

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds. One round is a single, consolidated set of changes. New requirements are quoted separately.

Timelines start with inputs

Typical timelines begin once we have complete information, assets and access. Platform verification can extend the final go-live date.

Ownership on full payment

Final deliverables are yours once the project is paid in full. We keep our own templates, tools and methods, and show your work only with your written permission.

What we need from you

Your side

  • One person who can approve decisions
  • Access to the accounts in scope, in your name
  • Content, photos and facts we can't invent
  • Feedback within the agreed review window

What delays a project

  • Missing access or content
  • Approvals that take longer than agreed
  • Changes to scope after approval
  • Platform reviews outside our control

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns the accounts and files?

You do. Profiles, ad accounts, analytics and domains stay in your name; we work through delegated or manager access. Final deliverables are yours once the project is paid in full.

Why don't you need my passwords?

Google, Meta and most platforms let you grant access without sharing a password. That keeps you in control, and you can remove our access at any time.

What counts as a revision round?

One round is a single, consolidated set of changes sent together. Each service includes a fixed number of rounds; new requirements or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.

What delays a project?

Usually missing content or access, approvals that take longer than agreed, or platform verification. We'll flag anything that affects the timeline early.

Tell us what your customers need to understand.

Describe your business and what you need. You'll get questions or a written scope back, usually within 24 hours on working days.
