Typical Moodily implementation begins after complete information, assets and required access are received. Platform verification may extend the final go-live date.
How payment works
Custom projects
You receive a written scope and quote. After you approve it, a deposit starts the work and the balance is due before final handover.
Digital Care
Billed monthly in advance for a defined monthly scope. Cancel with the notice period in your agreement.
The payment method for your project is confirmed in writing with your scope or invoice.
Work starts once the agreed payment is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank details by email, chat or message.
